Social Media Specialist (Project Management) - Energetic Workplace

Job Responsibilities

• Build the brands’ presence by crafting compelling narratives for social media to drive engagement, brand awareness, and customer loyalty across various platforms (Facebook/Instagram/Tiktok/Small Red Book)
• Conceptualise and plan content for filming
• Manage filming and editing of posts, videos, stories and reels for social platforms
• Competent in writing long-form brand content (advertorials, blog posts, articles, etc.)
• Manage the social media calendar, including scheduling of posts, and engaging with our online community through responding to messages, comments and mentions.
• Work and coordinate with internal stakeholders for campaigns and promotions and getting strategic alignment with departments when required
• Measure performance and growth metrics to optimise content

Requirements

• Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications or equivalent
• A keen eye for luxury aesthetics and brand consistency
• Experience in video and image editing tools
• Experience in setting up and optimizing marketing campaigns on social media
• Experience in crafting marketing collateral and communicating through various media platforms is preferred
• Able to handle a project from conceptualisation till completion
• Highly self-motivated, creative and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
