Develop Comprehensive Social Media Strategy: Create and implement strategic social media plans aligned with marketing objectives to significantly drive brand awareness and grow our online presence. Ensure our social media activities effectively communicate the COMPANY'S brand message and values across all platforms.
Content Creativity & Execution: Oversee the planning and execution of creative and engaging social media campaign. Actively participate in social media content creation, including video shooting, photography, and editing, to ensure dynamic, engaging, and on-trend content.
Guide Team & Foster Teamwork: Manage, provide guidance and support to the Social Media team members, encouraging a collaborative environment and smooth execution.
Performance Analysis: Track key social media metrics, analyze data, and use insights to inform and optimize strategy and content.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other Digital Marketing teams (Content, SEO, Performance Marketing, Video) to ensure integrated efforts and share creative ideas.
Monitor Trends: Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and conversational topics to keep our content fresh and relevant.
