• Assist backend operations in handling client or account-related inquiries 

• Support process documentation, reporting, and compliance checks 

• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, operations, customer support) to resolve issues 

• Participate in process improvement and contribute feedback for efficiency 

• Ensure accuracy and consistency in operational tasks and system updates 

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Communications, International Relations, or related fields 
• Strong communication and coordination skills 
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail 
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; quick learner with technical platforms
