🚀 About the Role:

New Era Technology is looking for experienced Software Development Engineer Java & AWS to be deployed at our prestigious client in Malaysia at their KL office.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

• As a Software Development Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, coding, and testing multiple components of application code across one or more clients. You will perform maintenance, enhancements, and development work.


• You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.


• Expert proficiency in Java is required. Expert proficiency in Amazon API Gateway, AWS Lambda, C# Software Development, and Node.js is suggested.             


• Develop innovative solutions that enhance application performance and user experience.         


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.               


• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.               


• Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.        


• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation within the team.

🎓 Qualification & Experience:

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.


• Min 5 years of experience in Java


• Good interpersonal skills

👤 Preferred Candidate:

• Nationality: Open for all nationalities, who are locally available in Malaysia


• Availability: Candidates who can join max in 30 days.
