Software Engineer

Brunsfield Computer Systems Sdn Bhd (BCS), a member of the Brunsfield International Group (BIG), was founded in 1990. Since our incorporation, we have specialised in developing software solutions for the property development, construction, and real-estate management industry with a focus on integrated Design, Build and Manage (DBM) systems.

In year 2000, BCS began to lead Brunsfield International Group's Digital Transformation Initiative — driving the digitisation of the DBM value chain through embracing the Building Information Modelling (BIM) framework. Job Description:

• Analyze user needs and propose feasible/improved solution
• Enhance the existing application system to meet new requirements & features
• Optimize the application system 
• Troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving technical issues
• Participating in code reviews and providing constructive feedback 
• Document the specification of the program
• Contributing to the improvement of existing processes and workflows
• Manage product delivery within the schedule
• Provide training to user during implementation

Job Requirement & Experience

1. Degree in Computer Science (Software Engineering) / Software Engineering / Information Technology or equivalent 
2. Fresh graduate - 2 years experience
3. Experienced in developing web applications (MVC) 
4. Experienced in programming languages: Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS 
5. Familiar with relational database (SQL) 
6. Familiar with version control system (Git) 
7. Team player, resourceful, self-discipline, self-drive  
8. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
9. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks concurrently
10. Good communication and collaboration skills
