Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop Lab Information Management System - LIMS (features and modules) and Analyzer Connectors to suit internal and external user requirements.
- Fix bugs found in our products and its related modules and components.
- Requirements gathering from customer and documenting them into a Functional Specification Document for product development.
- Develop new features and modules for the LIMS product and provide support for existing installations of LIMS.
- Assist to identify new applications targeted at the healthcare, medical, clinical, life sciences or research institution sectors.
- Provide pre- and post-sales support to the sales team; product demonstration and its technical benefits.
- Conduct on-site installation, testing and commissioning of projects, user training and signing of user acceptance tests.
- Provide support for both internal and external customers through telephone, online and on-site and documenting all calls and solutions and its status.
- Develop and document system design, user manual, product information, troubleshooting guides and its related documentation.
- Work with business units and other subsidiaries of Everlife-Chemopharm Group on new product specification and customers’ requirements.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- A degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Preferably Full Stack Development experience
- Exposure of Exposure of Back End Java; Spring, REST-server, MyBATIS, PostgreSQL, PL/pgSQ
- Passion for technology and enthusiasm for innovation
- Able to travel when required, both locally and occasional abroad.
