Job Description

We are looking for a Software Quality Assurance Engineer to ensure the quality of the software we make meets the industry standards. As a Software Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for developing a standard of quality assurance on every level. You will also be responsible for creating and implementing a strategy for quality coordination and testing as well as suggesting solutions to identified quality problems.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experiences.
• Have experience conducting testing for both web and mobile platforms.
• Possessed strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Great attention to details (IMPORTANT TO HAVE).
• Proven knowledge of QA methodologies, tools and processes.
• Proven experience with test automation tools (e.g. Katalon Studio, Selenium, Appium).
• A great team player with the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Good at understanding technical and non-technical terms.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills.
• Possessed strong desire to improve new and existing software.

Responsibilities

• Develop quality assurance standards and testing protocols.
• Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases.
• Estimating, prioritizing, planning and coordinating quality testing activities.
• Identify, record, document thoroughly and track issues including issues reported by the clients.
• Perform thorough regression testing when issues are resolved.
• Provide meaningful feedback to the internal team.
• Recommend solutions to the identified problems.
• Recommend improvements to enhance the quality of user experience.
• Design, develop and apply test automation scripts.
• Ensure the products and services meet clients’ requirements.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trend and advancement on test automation tools and test strategies.
• Liaise with the internal team on clients’ requirements.
