As an Enterprise Software Sales Director, you will drive the growth of emerging technology at Ocunapse. We help enterprises in Southeast Asia achieve digital innovation goals using the latest technology to rapidly build Mobile and Custom applications.
You'll promote Ocunapse, in the region in BFSI sector. Your role involves identifying and connecting with potential clients, successfully selling Ocunapse and our services, and expanding our market reach in Malaysia and Southeast Asia.
Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with customers.
• Convert your extensive network of C-level connections to Ocunapse Products and Services.
• Consistently achieve or surpass performance targets in enterprise software sales.
• Deliver compelling and articulate presentations in C-level engagements, creating impactful business proposals.
• Excel at meeting or exceeding goals for qualified monthly appointments, monthly deal forecasts, and annual revenue targets.
• Articulate persuasive value propositions around our products and services, effectively conveying their benefits to potential clients.
• Emphasize on clear team communication and collaboration to support collective success.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline to drive ongoing opportunities and successful outcomes.
• Manage contract negotiations to achieve favourable terms and conditions for the company and clients.
• Cultivate and develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts to ensure sustained business growth.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
• Proven ability to identify, develop, negotiate, and close large-scale technology deals.
• Consistent history of meeting and exceeding sales targets, including experience with global accounts and C-level executive interactions.
• Strong communication skills, including a dynamic presence and effective English proficiency.
• A positive attitude and the drive to succeed in competitive environments.
• Demonstrated success in converting initial calls into viable business opportunities and advancing them through the sales pipeline.
• Highly motivated and proactive, demonstrating a strong drive to achieve sales objectives and deliver exceptional results.
