- Responsible to plan, implement, integrate, migrate, and perform acceptance test for Software areas including CRM/CBS/Fintech/VAS/RBT.
- To analyze and clarify customer requirements in order to provide design and integration solution with customer.
- Software installation and version upgrade
- To make a test plan write test cases and implement the test cases with customer.
- As technical point of contact for engineering team, customer, and vendor.
- To engage directly with marketing team, project team, and customer for the purpose of promoting and delivering strategic services.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree qualification or above majoring in Telecommunication / IT / Computer Science / Engineering / or other related technical discipline.
- Preferably with minimum 5 years or above of relevant working experience.
- Possess skill in any of the following area: CRM, CBS, Mobile Money, over Draft, Micro loan, RBT/VRBT, 5G message
- Knowledge in Linux, DB, docker and VM.
- Able to work in fast pace working environment.
- Excellent team spirit with good communications and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service oriented and good presentation skill.
- Able to frequently travel overseas for business trip.
