Help Desk & IT Support (Information & Communication Technology)

Our expanding Software department is looking for a software support to operate our iFLEXiHRMS & UBS. The person needs to work with a team of member, led by the supervisor. Successful candidates can expect accidents insurance & special incentive.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot customer's problems in software application
• Resolve bugs or issues reported by users.
• Provide advice, training, and technical assistance in a timely manner

Requirements:

• Knowledge of computer literate,
• Preferred skills: attitude, discipline
• Able to work independently and detail-oriented
• Driven, responsible, and willing to learn
