Responsibilities:
- Provided support such as guidance, troubleshooting to customers on Business Productivity Software (Accounting, Inventory, Billing , Payroll) via phone call, webchat, emails and remote access.
- Log records of customer interactions including inquiries, complaints, feedback and solutioned provided via helpdesk system to ensure that appropriate actions are taken
- Follow up helpdesk tickets or customer issue while upholding support service KPI
- Able to work both independently as well as a team.
- Ad-hoc task may be assigned by team leaders from time to time if required.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in the fields of Business, IT or Finance/Accounting.
- Familiar with Accounting software i.e. AutoCount/ABSS or experience in software support will be an added advantage.
- Good command in spoken and written English and Bahasa Melayu. Conversant in Cantonese/Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Service-minded & Analytical thinking.
