Job Description

As a Software System Support Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients' software systems run efficiently and effectively. You will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues, providing expert guidance to end-users, and delivering exceptional customer service. Your proactive approach to problem-solving will be instrumental in maintaining client satisfaction and enhancing their overall experience with our products.

Job Responsibilities:

• Innov8tif's frontline heroes, ensuring our customers get supported 24/7 (by 3-shift rotation).
• Diagnose and troubleshoot software-related issues reported by clients, resolving problems promptly and effectivelywithin the SLA (service level agreement)
• Provide step-by-step guidance to clients on how to use software features and functionalities.
• Collaborate with the development/technical team to escalate and resolve complex technical issues that require further investigation.
• Document and track support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining accurate records.
• Other support tasks such as testing, Image audit check and Manual verification.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience in software system support, technical troubleshooting, or a related customer support role.
• Strong knowledge of various operating systems and software applications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think analytically and propose effective solutions.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients and team members effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Have basic server/networking knowledge, for troubleshooting purposes.
