Position Overview: As a Solution Architect Lead, you will lead our technical team in designing and delivering state-of-the-art core-banking system solutions tailored to the needs of our clients. You will play a key role in shaping the architectural vision, providing technical leadership, and ensuring the successful execution of projects. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of core-banking systems, strong leadership skills, and a passion for driving innovation in the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of solution architects in designing and delivering high-quality core-banking system solutions that meet client requirements and industry standards.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to define solution requirements and architecture, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Architect scalable, resilient, and secure core-banking system solutions that leverage industry best practices and emerging technologies.
• Conduct architecture reviews, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies in the financial services domain.
• Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as a solution architect, with a focus on core-banking system solutions.
• Deep understanding of core-banking system architecture, functionalities, and integration points.
• Proficiency in the Java programming language, open-source technology and experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, AliCloud, Huawei Cloud).
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to think strategically, solve complex problems, and drive innovation in the financial services industry.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are a plus.
• Language proficiency in Mandarin and English is a must. This position will require frequent communication with our stakeholders from China.
