Solution Consultant - with Growth Opportunities

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overseeing the support and execution of IT Services Sales requirements, including building, recommending, assisting and consulting the Sales Team on providing business value propositions to customers based on the customer requirements.
• To assist the Sales Team in IT Services activities from presentations, proposals and contract negotiations.
• To achieve and work on project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with all parties.
• Manage IT solutions & Services related information, presentation materials, relevant documents and market information for effective knowledge management for consulting purposes.
• Effectively communicate project & case expectations with all parties to ensure that deliverables are on time.
• Work closely with the Sales and Enterprise Architecture Department to identify and create business value propositions that benefit the customer and increase the company's IT Services business revenue & profit.
• Oversee and prepare relevant proposal submissions and ensure all documentation is in order and submitted within the timeline.
• Work in liaison and collaboration with other departments in creating project teams within the Company including outsourced third parties and the company's Regional as well as the company's global team.
• To oversee the progress of steering committee reports and meetings for ITS roll-out and OPS fleet deployment and advise team members accordingly.
• Responsible for analyzing assessment/requirement-study information and data to provide solutions and recommendations to improve customer work process in line with client strategic direction and goals.
• To consult customers on the best approach to using and deploying the company's IT Solutions and Services as well as assist the implementation team in aligning customer objectives with the implementation
• Responsible for coordinating and supporting IT Services project deployment, implementation and service delivery teams in achieving customer requirements.
• The requirement to travel in providing support on IT Services case-related activities nationwide.
• To perform any other related duties as and when directed by superior.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate should possess a Bachelor's Degree, Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Professional Certificates or equivalent in Computer Science / Information Technology
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Preferably Executive specializing in Information Technology or equivalent.
• Good communication skills in the English language both spoken and written.
• Presentation skill is a must.
• Willing to travel.
