Qualification & Experiences

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or equivalent professional qualification in related fields with Master degree in Business Administration would be an advantage.

• Minimum 6 years experience in procurement, logistics or supply chain management for oil and gas industry especially in Joint Operating or Production Sharing environment.

• Excellent communication skills with ability to express clearly in writing and conversation. Able to listen in order to understand the needs and perspectives of end users, suppliers, shareholders, and authorities.

• Expertise in Procurement Posses knowledge, expertise and experience in advance procurement. Willing to learn and adapt to changes at all times for the new technology

• Negotiation skills Ability to conduct, drive, influence and negotiate for company to achieve win- win solution.

• Problem-solving - Ability to visualize, articulate, and solve both complex and uncomplicated problems and make decisions that make sense based on all available information. Able to focus on the root cause of an issue, and propose possible solutions.

• Systematic thinking with good managerial skills in term of resources and project management skills.

• Able to collaborate, coordinate for Team Work. Ability to take initiative, and lead the team to move forward. Persuasive in achieving target, and to complete task within timeline.

• Good understanding of upstream oil and gas operations.

• Understanding strategic procurement and supply chain management principles

• Understanding invitation to bid document, contents of contract, contractual terms and conditions, working with counselor and contracting authority

• Understanding International Commercial Terms (Incoterms)

• Basic knowledge of economics, finance and cost accounting

• Good in English business writing

• Knowledge in business system or tools, computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point as intermediate level.
