SOUS CHEF - Hiring Immediately

Position: SOUS CHEF

Salary: RM3500+/ month (FULL TIME)

Working hours: 8-9 hours / 1 day off day

Location: Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur

Restaurant Concept: Upscale Dining / Breakfast Grill / Pastry & Dessert Counter.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure high standards of food preparations daily
• Manage culinary team
• Ensure kitchen is clean and well maintained at all times
• Maintain adequate pantry inventory
• Track inventory lists and expenses
• Reduce wastage
• Perform duties as requested by Head Chef

REQUIREMENTS:

• Up to date with the latest culinary trends
• Ability to work creatively with dietary requirements
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Knowledge in food menu and costing
• Can work under pressure and as a team
• Willing to work extra hours
