Penerangan Pekerjaan - Special Officer

FGV Holdings Berhad is Malaysia’s leading global agri-business and the world’s largest producer of Crude Palm Oil (CPO). FGV’s operations stretch across more than 10 countries in Asia, the Middle East, North America and Europe, and are focused on three main business sectors namely Plantation Sector, Logistics & Support Business (LSB) Sector and Sugar Sector. FGV is the world’s third biggest oil palm plantation operator, has the world’s largest bulking and storage facilities for vegetable oil and is Malaysia’s top refined sugar producer.

In line with our business expansion, we would like to invite qualified and candidates to fill the following position at Yapidmas Plantation

Job Description

  • Compile and summarize key operational reports (daily, weekly, and monthly) for estates and mills.
  • Assist in preparing presentations and summaries of operational performance for senior management review.
  • Coordinate communication between the CEO’s office and estates/mills to ensure instructions are clearly conveyed and updates are received promptly.
  • Prepare visit reports after the CEO’s estate and mill visits, capturing key findings and action items.
  • Support project monitoring by tracking progress of key operational initiatives and highlighting delays or risks.
  • Assist in basic data compilation for forecasts and budget preparations as required by the CEO.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the CEO to support efficient management of estate and mill operations.
  • This position is based in Sandakan

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • STPM/Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in the palm oil industry or a related sector.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant applications.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Malay.

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office to manage performance reports, budget analysis, and estate records.
