Penerangan Pekerjaan - Specialist, Culture & Change

Primary Objective

  • Design and deliver effective employee engagement strategies (including operational safety and health, employee health and wellness, staff welfare)
  • Support organizational change management by creating effective internal communications strategies and ensure best practices are employed
  • Manage and execute HR communications effectively and consistently to all RHB-ians through all relevant channels (including GHR email and Workplace)
  • Develop and execute initiatives around the RHB employee value propositions to drive employee engagement, productivity and fulfilment

 

Key Resposiblities

  • Design and deliver effective employee engagement strategies (including operational safety and health, employee health and wellness, staff welfare) based on employee value propositions
  • Plan and execute all employee engagement initiatives effectively to deliver an excellent employee experience
  • Strong understanding of employee segments, personas and pain points in line with employee journey (through design thinking methods)
  • Support organizational change management by creating effective internal communications strategies and ensure best practices are employed
  • Strong and effective written and verbal communications skills to drive Group People Portfolio communications strategies and execution across all channels
  • Manage and execute HR communications effectively and consistently to all RHB-ians through all relevant channels (including GHR email, Workplace, My1Portal, etc.)

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree - any discipline (preferably in Human Resource).
  • Solid understanding of the employee journey via design thinking approach
  • Solid understanding of drivers behind motivation, engagement and retention of employees, and knowledgeable on industry best practices
  • Ability to motivate, influence and persuade at all levels of the organization
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize employee data (such as employee engagement survey results) to shape and improve employee engagement
  • Collaborate effectively and build relationships with business to understand and address employee engagement requirements
