What You'll Be Doing:



  1. Handle customer API-related inquiries through ticketing systems and community channels.

  2. Assist customers with API integration, providing high-quality support to maintain the company's brand image.

  3. Collect user feedback and suggestions regarding APIs to help drive product improvements.

  4. Promptly report and assist in resolving batch user issues caused by API bugs in collaboration with technical and product teams.

  5. Escalate complaints and feedback related to products and platforms in a timely manner.


 


What We Look For in You:



  1. Diploma or above; fresh graduates are welcome.

  2. Basic development knowledge, proficient in at least one mainstream programming language (including but not limited to Java, Python, PHP, JS, etc.).

  3. Excellent spoken and written in English and Chinese as the role requires to deal with China Mandarin speaking counterparts.

  4. Strong customer service mindset, good communication skills, with solid learning and logical reasoning abilities.

  5. Positive team spirit and collaboration skills.

  6. Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to flexible role changes.

  7. Prior experience in API development-related work is preferred.
