ID:\n\nJR96264 Specialist, Global People Services (HR)\n\nOur vision is to transform how the world uses information to enrich life for all.\n\nMicron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions that accelerate the transformation of information into intelligence, inspiring the world to learn, communicate and advance faster than ever.\n\nAI Enablement and Digital Transformation\n\n * Support the PROX Lead in accomplishing global initiatives that enable the use of AI, automation, and digital tools to improve GPSS service delivery and user experience.\n * Identify people-services use cases suitable for AI enablement, automation, and self-service, based on demand patterns and operational difficulties.\n * Support pilots, UAT, and rollout of AI-enabled and digitally improved solutions, including documentation and adoption support.\n * Assist with change activities such as communications, knowledge updates, and user mentorship.\n\n\n\n## Efficiency Improvement \u0026 Process Optimization\n\n * Support efficiency initiatives aimed at reducing manual effort, cycle time, and repeat inquiries.\n * Analyze workflows and service processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.\n * Track and report efficiency improvements through dashboards, trackers, and post-implementation reviews.\n * Contribute ideas that advance PROX\u2019s continuous improvement and efficiency agenda.\n\n\n\n## Project Coordination \u0026 Initiative Execution\n\n * Support the PROX Lead with end-to-end delivery by managing daily activities for global projects and initiatives including planning, tracking achievements, handling documentation, and providing status reports.\n * Prepare project documentation such as presentations, case inputs, trackers, and post-implementation reviews.\n\n\n\n## Cross-Functional Collaboration\n\n * Collaborate with HR COEs, GPSS leaders, technology teams, and vendors to advance digital, automation, and self-service initiatives.\n\n\n\n## People Services \u0026 Operations\n\n * Serve as a key member of the Centralized People Helpdesk (CPH), managing inquiries through ServiceNow and other service channels.\n * Provide accurate, consistent advisory support by interpreting inquiries and applying policies and guidelines.\n * Build and maintain SOPs, knowledge articles, and FAQs to improve first-contact resolution and service consistency.\n\n\n\n## Skills \u0026 Experience:\n\n * Minimum of 5 years\u2019 experience in HR operations or shared services, with confidence in providing professional advisory support.\n * Strong interest in AI, automation, and digital enablement, with the ability to assist in the practical use of tools to boost efficiency and experience.\n * Ability to understand and support AI-enabled workflows and data-driven solutions (execution and adoption focus).\n * Analytical approach with strong attention to data quality, structure, and accuracy.\n * Comfortable working with dashboards, trackers, and operational reports.\n * Strong coordination and execution skills; able to manage multiple initiatives.\n * Effective communicator capable of collaborating across regions, functions, and cultures.\n * Demonstrated integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.\n * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AI-enabled tools.\n\n\n\nJob Profile(s):\n\nHuman Resources Representative 3\n\nRelocation level: (TBD)\n\nBefore Getting Started \nPlease review Micron\u2019s Internal Job Application Policy on your regional PeopleNow Career Opportunities page before searching and applying for jobs.
