Job Description

Responsibilities: Review and verify the accuracy and completeness of claim information in line with policy terms and company guidelines. Process and adjudicate claims with timeliness and accuracy, ensuring compliance with established procedures. Communicate with clients, providers, and internal stakeholders to provide updates, resolve queries, and gather additional information. Investigate and resolve claim discrepancies, errors, and exceptions in a professional and customer-focused manner. Maintain detailed, accurate, and up-to-date records of all claims processed to support audit and compliance requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth handoffs and seamless end-to-end claim processing. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps and sharing best practices for efficiency gains. A&H related experience is required as well.
