Job Summary
Ensuring that U Mobile complies with all relevant social and consumer regulations and will be responsible for overseeing the submission of reports and representing the company in regulatory meetings. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of regulatory requirements.
Job Responsibilities
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that U Mobile adheres to all social and consumer regulations relevant to our industry.
- Report Submission: Oversee the timely and accurate submission of regulatory reports to relevant authorities mainly MCMC.
- Policy Development: Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitoring and Auditing: Conduct regular audits and reviews to assess compliance with regulations and identify areas for improvement.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Represent the company in regulatory meetings and maintain positive relationships with regulatory authorities.
- Risk Management: Identify potential regulatory risks and develop strategies to mitigate them effectively.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Accounting/ Economics or Law with 6 years of experience in regulatory affairs or a related field.
- Deep knowledge of social and consumer regulations relevant to MCMC.
- Proven experience in report submission and regulatory compliance.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
