Specialist, SHE, MY, HNC (Safety, Health & Environment)

Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of SHE (Safety, Health & Environment) & Security policies, procedures, and programs. To compose the SHE & Security plan of the site & execute the plan, in order to provide an injury-free and incident-free workplace and to prevent all work-related disabilities or health problems. Perform internal/external SHE & Security audits. Provide support in conducting risk assessments and safety evaluations to identify and mitigate workplace hazards. Assist in the investigation of accidents, incidents, and near misses, and recommend corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence. Directly represent SHE & Security on site in the floor, coaching, guiding, training, and lead by example. Conduct safety training and orientation programs for employees to promote awareness and adherence to safety protocols. Coach, train, and provide shop floor support to the premix site team to drive the implementation of solutions, develop and maintain their SHE & Security capabilities and leadership. Monitor and enforce SHE & Security regulations and standards to ensure a safe working environment for all employees. Ensure that the SHE & Security management system in place, maintained, improved, and evaluated regularly. Maintaining safety records, reports, and documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Collaborate with other departments and teams to promote and support the right behaviour mindset for an Injury-free working environment. Ensure SHE & Security compliance with all applicable laws, external and Internal regulations, and standards. To challenge, advise and support site Management & functional line on SHE & Security. Support Lead Specialist, SHE and Managers in various SHE & Security related projects and initiatives.
