Our Goal

To support new migration tasks for Finance Shared Service Center's scope extension in the area of Accounts Receivable and Credit management for all Legal entities in Asia Pacific

Your Key Responsibilities

• Guarantee adherence to credit management procedures across all Asia Pacific legal entities.
• Ensure prompt receipt of customer payments, and proactively follow up on overdue accounts with the Customer Accounts Payable or Purchasing teams.
• Facilitate business decisions by managing credit limits, delivery releases and performing credit checks.
• Coordinate the resolution of claims and disputes management, liaising effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee the credit insurance process.
• Analyze and predict customer payment behaviors to support free cash flow and liquidity planning.
• Provide assistance with any ad hoc tasks and reports as needed to support the finance team.

Your Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft applications; SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 - 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English and Japanese proficiency in a business context.
