Sr. Sales Admin - Fast Hire

• Supporting the sales team in overall customer service including pre-sale and after-sale activities
• Handling calls, emails, messages, answering customer queries and complaints.
• Ensuring sale orders are being processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, queries, and local and overseas deliveries are handled efficiently.
• Preparing sale documents such as proforma invoice, commercial invoice, packing listing, delivery order, invoices and any other related documents.
• Monitoring Stock Level

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in related field.
• 2 or more years' working experience.
• Experience as a Local Sales Coordinator or in administration is preferred.
• Good team player.
• Computer literacy.
• Good administrative and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
• The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
