- Supporting the sales team in overall customer service including pre-sale and after-sale activities
- Handling calls, emails, messages, answering customer queries and complaints.
- Ensuring sale orders are being processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, queries, and local and overseas deliveries are handled efficiently.
- Preparing sale documents such as proforma invoice, commercial invoice, packing listing, delivery order, invoices and any other related documents.
- Monitoring Stock Level
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in related field.
- 2 or more years' working experience.
- Experience as a Local Sales Coordinator or in administration is preferred.
- Good team player.
- Computer literacy.
- Good administrative and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
- The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
