Sr Security Systems Analyst

Analyse and report on system security posture and trends to advise future strategies. Assess and enforce access control based on the principles of least privilege and need-to-know. Evaluate change, configuration, and release management processes to ensure system integrity. Supervise and improve the efficiency of physical security measures and technologies. Develop and test failover procedures to support business continuity in case of system disruption. Ensure all security system operations and maintenance activities are accurately documented and regularly updated. Supervise cybersecurity-enabled physical security technologies to reduce risk. Recommend and implement changes to resolve vulnerabilities and enhance overall system security. Ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability of systems through proper security implementation. Address and resolve deficiencies identified through security testing, or raise for leadership review. Recommend adjustments based on audit findings, system testing, or evolving business needs. Maintain and troubleshoot employee ID card systems and physical access solutions. Serve as the main point of contact for all security system issues and vendor coordination. Verify that minimum security requirements are met for all applications and procedures. Support Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery planning. 6+ years of experience in physical security systems administration or IT-related roles with proven expertise in project management and operations. Strong technical knowledge of Access Control, Video Management Systems (VMS), and physical security hardware (locks, sensors, IoT devices, etc.). Hands-on experience with platforms such as AMAG, Lenel, C-Cure, Genetec, SWHouse, or Milestone. Analytical approach with experience in SOC/Command Center environments. Proven track record to troubleshoot incidents, assess root causes, and implement long-term security solutions. Strong collaboration and communication skills—fluent in English (written and spoken). Able to effectively engage with cross-functional teams, leadership, and external vendors. Experience managing multiple vendors and security-related budgets. Solid understanding of business continuity principles is a plus. Highly proficient with Microsoft 365 tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, OneDrive, Teams, and calendar management. Diploma, Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or a relevant field.
