Accountabilities
- Generate new sales opportunities for Rotary products in assigned territory.
- Develop and implement promotional strategies to drive market share.
- Conduct customer demonstrations to improve sales lead conversion.
- Collaborate with store decision makers to expand business volume.
- Manage time and prioritize sales efforts based on product knowledge.
- Identify customer needs and coordinate solutions with account teams.
- Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to report on sales progress.
- Perform periodic account reviews and report key indicators to management.
Requirements
- 5+ years of territory sales or customer relationship experience, preferably in the automotive or equipment industries.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Experience in aligning sales strategies with key activities.
- Strong time management and planning skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in CRM and sales analytics tools.
- Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
