Staff Engineer, STPG PE

Build, develop, and program methods, processes, and systems that consolidate and analyze unstructured, diverse data sources. Use these insights to improve client services and products. Develop and code software programs, algorithms, and automated processes to cleanse, integrate and evaluate large datasets from multiple disparate sources. Model Development & Feature Engineering: Develop predictive models using machine learning techniques (such as regression, classification, and clustering) to optimize manufacturing processes and improve product quality. Visualization: Create clear and informative visualizations to communicate findings and insights to stakeholders. Collaborate with functional domain guides across product engineering teams to understand domain problems and determine solutions Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with industry trends, research advancements, and emerging technologies in data science and semiconductor manufacturing. Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience working with data analytics, preferably within the semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing industry. Foundation in statistical modeling, sophisticated analytics, and modern machine learning techniques. Proficiency in Python, SQL, and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch. Experience working with GCP services including BigQuery, Vertex AI, and Cloud Functions. Strong skills in data visualization using Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent tools. Excellent communication and teamwork skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders. Excellent problem-solving skills.
