Nursing - General Medical & Surgical (Healthcare & Medical)

Job Description • Restores and promotes patient’s health by completing the nursing process.
• Identifies patient care requirements by establishing personal rapport with patients
• Establishes a compassionate environment by providing emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients
• Assures quality of care by adhering to therapeutic standards; measuring health outcomes against patient care goals and centre or regulatory standards.
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Protects patients and employees by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols; medication administration and storage procedures; and controlled substance regulations.
• Maintains continuity among nursing teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
• Maintains patient confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
• Maintains nursing supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level.
• Creating a supportive environment by welcoming and assisting patients.
• Assisting with administration duties, including scheduling appointments, arranging laboratory services and hospital admissions, handling billing, and filing insurance claims forms.
• Relaying diagnostic tests and assessment results to healthcare professionals.
• Prepare & upkeeping Operation Theatre, Day Ward and Clinic
• Direct patients to Cashier Room for payment (personalize)
• Attend to patients and perform front-desk/cashier duties (if required)
• Distribute and collect patients’ feedback in hardcopy or softcopy Requirements
• Minimum 1 year of experience in related filed 
• Possess a Diploma / Degree in Nursing
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin (optional but highly advantage) Benefits
