Staff Nurse - Start Now

Staff Nurse is responsible for the complete nursing care of the patient assigned to her with effective and efficient. She must abide with Infection Control Guideline and practice.

Responsible for rendering professional nursing care to patients within an assigned unit of the hospital. Such nursing care is an integral part of the individualized holistic patient care plan according to the Policies and Procedures of the hospital and in keeping with the generally accepted principles, policies and procedures of the Nursing Department.

As Nurses she must able to provide healthcare advice through educating patients, carers and families. Contribute to the dissemination of good practice by participating in teaching and learning opportunities.

To ensure the achievement of the above, the incumbent will be guided by the key performance indicators (KPIs) expected to be achieved in the next one year as highlighted below:

1. Zero error in safe medication preparation and administration to patient by practice on “7 right” of medications – right drugs, right dose, right time, right route, right reason and right documentation.
2. Ensure 100% accuracy in charging outpatient procedures.
3. Minimal complaint from the patient while receiving treatment from our organization.
