Penerangan Pekerjaan - Staffing Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Candidate Sourcing:
    • Proactively source candidates using a variety of methods including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
    • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future staffing needs.
  2. Screening and Interviewing:
    • Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
    • Conduct initial phone and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  3. Client and Candidate Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs and providing timely and effective solutions.
    • Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback.
    • Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
  4. Job Placement:
    • Match qualified candidates with appropriate job opportunities based on their skills and experience.
    • Present job offers and negotiate terms with candidates.
    • Assist with the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  5. Recruitment Strategy:
    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
    • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make necessary adjustments.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in staffing and recruitment.
  6. Administrative Support:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
    • Prepare and manage job descriptions, offer letters, and other recruitment documentation.
    • Conduct reference checks and background verifications as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 0-1 year of experience in recruitment, staffing, or a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
