Talent Development Strategy and Design: Lead the development of scalable leadership and talent management programs aligned to enterprise and business priorities. Apply neuroscience, and systems thinking to architect programs that drive measurable change in behavior and performance, with a strong interest in embedding AI as a learning amplifier. Manage partnerships and internal resources to ensure quality and consistency across offerings. Provide clear, and tailored updates to keep stakeholders informed on our programs. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Organization Development, Psychology, Business Administration, or a relevant field. Minimum of 8 years of directly related experience, with at least 5 years in a multinational company. Sound business acumen and enterprise thinking to derive insights and build effective talent development solutions that address organizational needs. Exceptional stakeholder management with the ability to build trusted partnerships across all levels and influence with credibility and leadership presence. A strong command of instructional design, learning and development models, frameworks, tools, and solutions for leadership and team effectiveness. Curiosity and comfort with technology. Experienced in designing and implementing impactful leadership development solutions, including pre/post workshop journeys utilizing technology platforms for scalability and sustainability. Strong facilitation and communication presence. Whether in a room with senior leaders or facilitating global workshops virtually, you can inspire, engage, and drive meaningful dialogue and workshop experience. Proficient in deriving data-driven insights to measure learning effectiveness. Skills in program management to scale global delivery and oversee change management during program revisions. Collaborative in nature, a great teammate with demonstrated adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. A strong passion for learning and fostering a positive culture. Bias for action and a proactive attitude towards self-development.
