State Registered Nurse (All Disciplines) - Start Now

We are looking for Registered Nurse to care for our patients and facilitate their speedy recovery. The Registered Nurse is responsible for executing all aspects of care to patients as defined in the SOP for each unit and shall be held accountable for the patient outcomes under her / his care.

The goal is to promote patient’s well-being by providing high quality nursing care.

YOUR JOB SUMMARY:-

Provider of Care
As a provider of nursing care, the Registered Nurse uses the Clinical Nursing Process to formulate and maintain individualized nursing care plans by:

1.1. Assessing Patient
- Collects and contributes to a database (physiological, emotional, sociological, cultural, psychological and spiritual needs) from available resources (e.g. patient, family, doctors’ notes and others).

1.2. Planning for Nursing Care
- Establishes nursing goals and patient expected outcomes based on the list of problems with patient, family, and significant others.
- Develops individualized nursing care plans based upon the problem list and plan intervention that follows established nursing protocols.
- Identifies criteria for evaluation of individualized care plans.

1.3. Implementing the Care Plans
-Carries out individualized plans of care according to priority of needs and established nursing protocols.
-Participates in the prescribed medical regime by preparing, assisting, and providing follow-up care to patients undergoing diagnostic and / or therapeutic procedures.
-Uses nursing knowledge and skills and protocols to assure an environment conducive to optimum restoration and maintenance of patient’s normal Activities of Daily Living (ADL).
-Administers prescribed medication safely.

REQUIREMENTS:-

• Possess a Diploma / Degree in Nursing only
• Minimum 2 year's of working experience in nursing field
• Post Basic will be an added advantage
• Must have valid Annual Practising Certificate / Retention of Name
• Required to work shifts
• Required to work in Kota Damansara
• Job Types: Full-time
