Sterilization Technician - Rapid Progression

• Operate sterilization chambers and perform sterilization of product for Penang facility.
• Liaison with production personnel for arrangement the load on sterilization.
• Pull non sterile product from production, perform scanning, load product into chambers, unload and release to Final Packaging for further processing.
• Review and release sterilization batch records recognizing any irregularities of the equipment or cycle.
• Change out Ethylene Oxide (EtO) gas cylinders as required.
• Perform daily and schedule PM activities for sterilizer it ancillary equipment.
• Meeting regularly with Sterilization Engineer to discuss how the sterilizers are operating.
• Review the planned work to ensure the work is performed properly with minimal disruption to manufacturing schedules.
• Liaise with vendor on scheduled Preventive Maintenance activities.
• Manage and control sterilization spare parts.
• Manage inventory for critical parts and all other part to ensure availability when needed.
• Arrangement of spare parts and tools in sterilization spare part room.
• Perform purchasing activities for spare parts and tools.
• Support sterilization validations and studies.
• Management of sterilization dummies.

Requirement : 

• Diploma in Mechatronic or Electro - Mechanical or any related field of studies.
• Knowledge in ETO Sterilization will be an added advantage. Fresh Diploma are encourage to apply. 
• Must be able to work in Clean Room environment and shift work. 
• Good spoken and written English essential.
• Proactive, ability to work independently and in a team.
• Able to work in the fast pace in the high-volume manufacturing environment. 
• Permanent position available.
