Retail Assistants (Retail & Consumer Products)

1) Receiving, processing, and organizing orders and deliveries accordingly.

2) Restocking depleted or low shop items and ensuring that the sales floor is organized according to established guidelines.

3) Performing end-of-day cleaning duties, which includes wiping down windows, mirrors, and fixtures as well as sweeping and mopping the shop floor.

4) Addressing and resolving customers complaints in a professional manner.

5) Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of store items to provide advice and recommendations as needed.

6) Able to correctly identify products required for delivery and organize orderly for delivery

7) Able to counts, records, and received goods according to spec, quantity and quality

8) Able to carry, packs and unpacks goods in accordance to requirements.

9) Able to handle stocks movement carefully as not to affect the quality spec of the goods.

10) Able to carry out goods delivery activities as per instructed by department head.

11) Able to unload goods in an orderly manner so as to retrieve them for delivery.

12) We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with mandarin-specking clients.

Requirement :

1) The ability to use labeling and pricing equipment software.

2)The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

3) Strong organizational skills.

6) Able to oversee the control of the customer supplied drawing

7) Able to manage the customer feedback activities

8) Able to handle customer complaints

9) Knowledge of Products.
