Job Summary:

As there would be new Japanese Director will be assigned to Malaysia for the opening of new clothing store, company is looking for a person to manage the store and bridging the communication between the Japanese Director & the staff for operations as the director might not be able to speak Japanese language fluently.

This position is open for SPM holders, fresh graduate or professional with any part-time/full-time job experience, with the ability of speaking Japanese well.

Location: LaLaport Bukit Bintang shopping mall (Next to Hang Tuah LRT & Monorail station)
 

Job Description:

• Bridge the communication between Japanese director and store staff.
• Support in adjusting the shift of store staff.
• Manage inventory of store
• Making report to Japan (Revenue and store operation)
• Recruiting store staff and training
• Communicate with LaLaport tenant relationship.
• Order to fit out vendors
• Manage other vendors
• Manage store operation
   

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM Education Level
• Good in speaking Japanese language (JLPT N2 minimum) & English language skills
• Able to work in shift basis (8-hour shift: 9:30am-6:30pm/1:30pm-10:30pm)
• Have any working experience before (part-time or full-time)
