Ensuring outlet teams' compliance with company policies, standards, and local regulations. Regularly reviewing outlet operations to identify any deviations and working closely with the team to address and rectify them promptly;
Ensuring efficient training and a smooth process for new employee onboarding, including employee bench planning, ensuring sufficient training for outlet staff to understand company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines;
Working closely with the training team to develop and update training materials, operational guidelines, and job aids for outlet employees. Ensuring effective communication channels are established to disseminate operational updates, policy changes, and important announcements to store teams;
Assist in performance monitoring to track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, customer satisfaction, and any other operational metrics. Assisting in preparing reports to monitor outlet performance and identify trends or issues that require attention;
Facilitating communication between the headquarters and outlet staff. This includes relaying important messages, updates, and directives from the headquarters to the outlets, as well as gathering feedback and insights from the outlet staff and conveying them to the appropriate departments at the headquarters;
Coordinating with the auditor to ensure outlet cleanliness, merchandising standards, and adherence to operational procedures. Identifying areas for improvement and providing actionable feedback and recommendations to the team; and Coordinates minimum and maximum par stocks for all items, in accordance with its quality quantity standards
Ensures that all outlet staff performs duties in accordance with outlet policy and manpower planning and scheduling of work for outlet staff; Work closely and constantly communicate effectively with all relevant departments in HQ for any matters in relation to the smooth running of the outlet operations
Implements a daily, weekly and monthly checklist for all subordinates
Ensures proper follow up to attain maximum quality and efficiency
Keeps aware of trends, systems, parties and equipment in food & beverage preparation and service through trade literature and actual visits
Completing any ad hoc tasks assigned by management from time to time These tasks may vary and could include research, data analysis, special projects, or other tasks aimed at supporting the smooth operation of the chain.
