Store Supervisor / Lead - Dynamic Team

Aemulus is looking for a store supervisor or store lead to lead our team of store personnel. Our team consists of friendly and energetic personnel, and our work environment is usually very harmonious. As a store supervisor/lead, you will be the main contact point for internal departments, vendors and suppliers. As the leader of the store, you will be leading and guiding a team of store personnel in achieving KPI. 

Your job responsibilities will be as follows:

• Manage all aspects of warehouse operations and inventory management
• Ensure all stocks and materials are properly stored according to 5S
• Regular execution of cycle count and stock-take activities to achieve inventory accuracy.
• Verify if items pulled out of package are correct. Examine and inspect cartons, materials, and products in order to ensure that packing specifications are met. 
• Sort, mark and label containers, container tags and inspected products, using marking tools. 
• Stack packaged items in storage areas or on delivery pallets using jack pallets. 
• Record measurement, weight and product count. Provide detail to Logistics and Shipping Team in specific format for shipment delivery.
• Complete packaging orders within deadlines.
• Responsible for accurate and timely issuance of materials to production floor, subcon and other respected departments.
• Maintain database or packages. Create daily reports regarding packaged products, storage and delivery orders. 
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and rectify mistakes on a timely basis
• Organize waste management of scrap materials and crates disposal
• Any other ad-hoc assignments / tasks from time to time.

Other job requirements are as follows:

• Diploma / Degree holder in Supply Chain and relevant background
• Strong leadership quality and extensive experience in people management
• Extensive experience in the semiconductor warehouse operating and semiconductor materials handling environment.
• Extensive knowledge of packing procedures, techniques, tools and warehouse or inventory management experience preferably in the manufacturing and electronic industry.
• Knowledge in assembling standard shipping boxes and packing contents firmly
• Skilled in reading conditions and identifying the accurate parts for fulfilling customer orders. 
• Knowledge in completing manual and computerized forms and shipping documents
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. 
• Good communication skill
