Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and supplies against purchase orders or delivery notes.

• Store items in an orderly and accessible manner within the warehouse or storage area.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock movements in the inventory system.

• Monitor stock levels and report low inventory to ensure timely replenishment.

• Issue materials, tools, or equipment to authorized personnel based on approved requests.

• Conduct regular stock counts and participate in periodic inventory audits.

• Ensure proper labeling, storage conditions, and handling of materials to prevent damage or loss.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area.

• Prepare reports on inventory status, stock movements, and discrepancies.

• Follow company safety procedures and ensure compliance with warehouse and storage guidelines.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in storekeeping, warehouse operations, or inventory control.

• Basic knowledge of inventory management systems or ERP systems.

• Good organizational and record-keeping skills.

• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, inventory software).

• Ability to lift and move goods when required.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or industrial environment.

• Familiarity with warehouse safety practices and stock management procedures.
