About the Opportunity

We are representing the rapidly scaling AIoT and physical data pipeline division of Asia's premier enterprise real estate technology group. With a proven track record of successfully deploying over 10,000 active ESG and IoT nodes across highly regulated international markets, we are now aggressively launching our channel operations. Starting with a heavy focus on Southeast Asia, we are seeking a highly entrepreneurial partnership leader based in Kuala Lumpur to build, scale, and monetize our ecosystem from the ground up.

The Impact You Will Make (Key Responsibilities)

  • Ecosystem Strategy: Lead high -stakes alliance negotiations with top -tier ESG SaaS platforms, Big 4 environmental consultancies, and cross -border physical security system integrators.

  • Commercial Innovation: Design, negotiate, and execute lucrative white -label, Data -as -a -Service (DaaS) revenue -share, and API subscription models to seamlessly integrate our physical data pipelines.

  • Channel Building: Construct the SEA channel partner network entirely from scratch, developing comprehensive tiered enablement programs encompassing technical training, business incentives, and compliance support.

  • Lifecycle Management: Own the end -to -end partner journey—from initial identification and contracting to joint Go -To -Market (GTM) execution, performance reviews, and renewals.

  • Technical Translation: Bridge the gap between engineering and commercial teams. You will align internal teams to produce partner -ready documentation (API specs, SOC2 reports) while externally pitching the ROI of our zero -downtime edge -computing hardware and Recurring Monthly Revenue (RMR) models.

  • Regional Dominance: Secure lighthouse partners and drive joint customer go -lives across high -growth markets (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand), ultimately building a scalable playbook for future expansion into the Australian market.



Requirements

Who You Are (The Requirements)

  • The Experience: You bring 5 to 10+ years of proven experience in strategic alliances, channel partnerships, or enterprise business development, specifically rooted within the PropTech or ClimateTech sectors.

  • The Network: You possess a verifiable, active C -level rolodex featuring VP -level decision -makers at major ESG SaaS platforms, partners at top -tier environmental consultancies, and leaders at statewide system integrators.

  • The Technical Fluency: You have a solid grasp of API architecture, data compliance standards (SOC2 / ISO27001), and IoT hardware deployment dynamics. You can effortlessly pivot from discussing API specifications with product leaders to negotiating hardware margins with integrators.

  • The Communication: You possess professional fluency in both English and Mandarin to effectively navigate and negotiate within our diverse regional stakeholder ecosystem.

  • The DNA: You are a natural ecosystem connector who thrives in ambiguity. You succeed by making your partners successful, not by micro -managing deals, and you are highly comfortable rolling up your sleeves in the field.
