SUPERVISOR I (MICRO) - Growth-Minded Organization

Main Job Responsibilities

1. Supervise,train and motivate operator to achieve daily output/cycle time/cost.
2. Communicate changes in process and procedures directly to the production operators and monitor to ensure compliance. 
3. Lead a group of people in daily briefing session/DBS
4. Ensure discipline and safety procedures being enforced in work place.
5. HC planning to meet daily performance target and cross train HC for critical processes.
6. Material planning and inventory management.
7. Quality issues need to initiate recapture of lots.
8. Ensure proper 5S/safety awareness /SOP to compliance in the work areas.
9. Quality accountability 
10. Enforce compliances to standard operation procedures and specifications
11. Verify and recapture abnormalities / defects
12. Address or escalate subordinates feedback
13. Execute , monitor, track and follow up changes / quality performance
14. Communicate quality alert to the line and pass on information to other shifts
15. Any other duties assigned by immediate superior.
