Job Description
Job Purpose
- To assist Head of Department/ Head, Aftersales in monitoring department’s performance in order to ensure the department achieve the set KPIs and Target
Job Content
- To monitor the performance on Parts KPI such as Parts Ageing, Inventory Management, Parts ROI, Rush Order, Back Order Not Released, Turnover Ratio, Stock Take Discrepancy and SRD Availability.
- To liaise with other departments on sales campaign and marketing activities.
- To assist superior in ensuring workshop has adequate parts supply as well as to improve the parts turnover.
- Conduct stock checking audit to ensure branches adherence to the Principal / Company guideline
- Highlight any issues with regards to Parts department to propose for recommendation to superior.
- Ensuring the appropriate parts system is workable to enhance work processes.
- Be accountable for all matters related to the entire department.
- Responsibility for Environment, Safety and Health to ensure a safe working environment for all employees, whilst complying with local legal requirements.
