Primary Job Responsibilities & Accountability  

• To raise 2 Quality Action Note (QAN) per month and UCUX 2/month.
• To obtain, implement approved quality procedures.
• To comply with all HSE rules and regulation. Time keeping and comply to Company Code of conduct.
• Verify material (MMHE and client supply) to ensure its compliance to client specification and standard material code as per project requirement.
• Carry out inspection pertaining to related discipline as per approved ITP for the project.
• Carry out surveillance inspection and monitoring on all matters pertaining to quality control and quality assurance at site.
• Update inspection reports, redline mark up and punch list status to QA Executive/Engineer and QAQC Manager.
• Liaise with client representative on matters related to inspection.
• Liaise with fabrication/maintenance team, NDT team and subcontractors on any activity affecting quality control.
• Identify non-conformance at site and raise NCR or Quality Action Note (QAN) and recommend any corrective action to be taken.
• Ensure inspection documentations are in order as per Final Documentation required as per client specification.
