Supervisor Deployment Role:

The Supervisor Deployment role will cover the Southern Region of the Peninsular and manage the day-to-day operations & back-end support of the IQOS stores allocated within a specific area/region. Responsibilities include resource/schedule planning, managing inventory and staff performance, operational efficiencies, and excellent execution of launches or programs in stores. The Deployment Supervisor will lead the team to achieve set KPIs, provide coaching and guidance to ensure frontline staff are knowledgeable, engaged, and motivated, execute and ensure compliance to PMM SOPP and customer journey, and deliver an excellent customer experience at all times.

Principal Accountabilities:

1. Managing Area Strategy & Operation: Ensure all IACCs are operating at the optimum level to provide consumers the best experience in-store. Collaborate with various workstreams to ensure Retail vision is delivered.
2. Team Performance & Development: Build a culture of customer-focused mindset in-store. Lead, coach, and develop team members to meet set KPIs.
3. Excellent Execution: Drive flawless execution of all programs/initiatives in stores.
4. Resources Management: Deploy resources effectively to ensure stores operate at the optimum level.
5. Store Activation: Identify, propose, and execute activation initiatives to generate foot traffic into the store.
6. Store Hygiene & Compliance: Ensure store displays are current and in proper order according to the planogram.
7. Feedback and Reporting: Proactively share experience and feedback with stakeholders to improve capabilities & processes.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Business/Commerce, Marketing, Finance, Hospitality, Public Relations.
• Experience in Sales and Retail in a multinational or credible local company.
• Experience in managing a team.
• Strong experience in MS Office applications.
