Manage site entry operations, including worker barcode scanning, worker and visitor registration, and other site entry security duties.
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; a Diploma in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field is highly desirable.
Possession of a valid and current security guard license or certification as required by local and national regulations.
Current Advanced First Aid and CPR/AED certifications are mandatory.
Proven ability to lead, motivate, delegate tasks, and manage a team of security officers and supervisors effectively, including scheduling, performance management, and conflict resolution.
Strong understanding of security operations, procedures, and best practicesExpert skills in incident response, investigation, and de-escalation techniques, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
Strong ability to identify, assess, and mitigate security risks and vulnerabilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear instructions, detailed reporting, and professional interaction with diverse individuals, including law enforcement and emergency services.
