Job Responsibilities

1.1 To assist day to day asst mgr to run total outbound operations      
1.2 Alert on every lorry movement In and Out from the warehouse.     
1.3 Liaising and conduct briefing with Outbound Assistants and contract workers     
1.4 Ensuring truck load are fully optimised.      
2.1 Responsible as staging traffic controller of which bays to use for which route according to lorry arrival.     
2.2 Active communications between U10 Operation Team and  Transporters.  
2.3 Ensuring lorry waiting time at the minimum possible < 30 mins once arrived according to the schedule.
2.4 Chasing Transporters on the late lorry arrival & bays clearance (Recorded for Transporters KPI Report).     
3.1 Ensuring lorries sharing bays during loading and bays usage optimisation. 3.2 Ensuring all related parties wearing proper attire at the loading bays.     
3.3 Ensuring all lorries are SEALED properly & recorded before leaving the warehouse.     
3.4 Ensuring handover process from the Operation to 7E Transport team to Lorry Drivers / Attendants following SOP.     
4.1 Any failed to load goods to be investigated and resend to the correct store. 
4.2 Any failed to deliver goods turned back to resend (i.e. flood). Coordinating with Store and Transporters.     
4.3 Any wrongly delivered to coordinate for corrective delivery.     
4.4 Overloaded Outbound Goods and overflow left behind to resend.     
5.1 Performing STOCK COUNT with the rest of CDC Team when required.     
5.2 Performing FLOOR WALK and AUDIT when required.     
5.3 Checkers / Outbound Assistants back up when required.
5.4 To ensure close the shipment in WMS   
5.4 To perform any other work as and when required.     

Job Requirements

1.1 Min Diploma in Logistic/Transportation 
1.2 Min 2 years experience in logistic field
1.3 6 days working 
1.4 Able to work on shift
1.5 Posses own transport
