## The group you\u2019ll be a part of\n\nSupplier Engineer of FIRM (Fabrication, Integration,\u200b RF and Materials) under Value Added Frame (VAF) \u0026 Power Box (PB) commodities\u200b\n\n## The impact you\u2019ll make\n\nAs a Supplier Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer at Lam, you\u0027ll make an impact in ensuring suppliers manufacturing processes and products meet quality standards by designing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance programs. You design methods for inspecting, testing, and evaluating production processes and finished products onsite at our global suppliers\u2019 locations. By analyzing production data, you identify trends and partner with the supplier to resolve technical, quality and production challenges. Your expertise will help develop excellence in supplier product inputs supporting Lam\u0027s commitment to delivering high-quality and reliable products.\n\n## What you\u2019ll do\n\n\u2022 Developing Suppliers to meet Lam quality standards. \n\u2022 Interfacing with key teams within Lam including technical product groups, account teams and global operations as a representative of SET. \n\u2022 Influencing decisions and company driven objectives within internal and external groups to achieve company goals. \n\u2022 Provide seamless interface with SET global commodity heads to account teams and other members of SET. \n\u2022 Providing leadership to supplier engineers within Lam as a cross functional team leader. \n\u2022 Organizing and owning internal and external Review Meetings. \n\u2022 Authoring and implementing new and updated Business Processes/integration to SET global ops business processes. \n\u2022 Presentations/communications to senior executives internal and external to SET. \n\u2022 Define and clarify technical issues with customer installed tools and be able to clearly communicate the issues \n\u2022 Able to provide key Technical Analysis for Problem Solving process \n\u2022 Build key relationships with both the account team, customer, suppliers and factory members \n\n## Who we\u2019re looking for\n\nMinimum 1 to 3 years\u2019 experience in following field of\n\n * Process engineering in electrical system manufacturing, High Level box build assembly will be an added advantage, \n * Managing technical programs and projects, preferably in the Semiconductor Industry.\n * Experience in Front End Equipment/Module and Back End Modules.\n * Works as manufacturing engineer in CM/OEM \u0026 EMS industrial. \n\n\n\n## Preferred qualifications\n\nBachelor of Engineering in Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics or equivalent \n\n## Our commitment\n\n \n\nWe believe it is important for every person to feel valued, included, and empowered to achieve their full potential.
