Supply Chain Applications Support Analyst, APAC

Provide application support by resolving issues, managing escalations, and collaborating with users and vendors to ensure stability, performance, and timely resolution Analyze incident root causes and trends to identify recurring issues and provide actionable insights for preventative improvements Lead sprint planning, backlog management, and Agile practices to ensure efficient execution of PGLS operations while supporting integrated application initiative Implement change requests and monitor application performance to maintain stability, continuity, and uninterrupted business operations Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, refine, and manage requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment while defining acceptance criteria Support go-live readiness, testing, and deployment activities for the integrated application by collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners Create and maintain documentation of operational frameworks and application functionalities to ensure clarity, continuity, and effective utilization Monitor application performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders on system stability and operational metrics Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field 5+ years of experience in application support, business process analysis, technical consulting, or implementation support Strong understanding of order-to-cash workflows, consignment operations, and supply chain processes Experience with Agile methodologies, including sprint planning and backlog management Familiarity with IT application project lifecycles and SAP/ERP systems in a supply chain context Technical expertise in data flow between SAP and applications, API integrations, and modular configurations Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new applications, processes, and technologies Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, communication, and organizational skills Experience in customer-facing roles with a focus on end-user satisfaction Ability to converse fluently in English
