Supply Chain Executive

Purchasing, Procurement & Inventory (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)

• Preferably Bachelor in Supply Chain Management, Logistic Management, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics or equivalent. However, Diploma holder or candidates with related experience in the related field could be considered.
• Preferably Executive specialized in logistics and supply chain or candidates with 2 to 3 years related working experience.
• Good command of written and spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia.
• Computer skills including the ability to operate Microsoft Word and Excel, and email at a highly proficient level.
• Able to work independently and goal driven.
• Positive working attitudes, teamwork spirit, self-discipline and strong planning skills.
• Experience in warehouse operation, forklift driving, basic logistics skills.

Job Description:

1. Production and Procurement

• To forecast, plan, coordinate and procure raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods suppliers to meet the inventory requirements for regular and ad-hoc orders.
• Coordinate with contract manufacturer/principals for production schedule.
• Ensure contract manufacturer comply to company requirements of quality control.
• Provide delivery confirmations and updates to demand and customer services team, provide logistics support for oncoming/outgoing materials.

2. Logistics

• Manage of outbound and inbound logistic providers.

3. Warehouse

• Monitor & control the flow for overall stock movement (Incoming/Outgoing) for inventory accuracy of actual goods & system.
• Inspect defects and/or expired stock items. Report to superior for any damaged stocks.
• Maintaining and ensuring effective filling system in place. Eg: Inventory Adjustment / Transfer / Sample Request Form

4.Willingness to multitasking and accept work that company may assign when necessary.
