Supply Chain Executive / Senior Executive - Fast Hire

Job Descriptions:

• Work with Internal and External teams to ensure accurate and timely receiving and delivery of raw materials, services and finished goods.
• To do invoices checking on goods delivered to stores.
• Liaising with Marketing for future promotion plan and ensure supply is adequate to meet planned promotion locally and internationally.
• Follow up order with suppliers and transporters to ensure smoothly delivery process.
• Negotiation the price with supplier based on the requirements
• Ensure quality requirements set by the Management.
• To ensure the shipment delivery is on track and according to planned schedule.
• To analyze stock movement and place order according to the sales though rate.
• To generate the weekly/monthly purchase and shipment report.
• To set up and manage ingredients list in system.
• To involve in new store set up related to supply chain.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, Logistic or equivalent.
• Required Skill(s): Forecasting, Planning, Microsoft Office.
• Good teamwork skills and ability to work under pressure and to deadline.
• 2 years experience and above in Supply Chain Management.
